Portland, Ore. – Chemical Distributors, Inc. signed a five-year lease renewal at 2727 Northwest Industrial Street in Portland, Oregon. Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Zach Francis represented the local distribution company and was the only broker involved in the transaction.
The industrial warehouse is owned by Weston Investment Company and managed by its subsidiary American Property Management. Chemical Distributors began leasing the 69,277-square-foot space over a decade ago. The property is situated in the affluent Northwest Portland neighborhood, directly next to Powell’s Books Warehouse and just minutes from downtown. The renewal demonstrates ongoing demand for industrial space in the area.
