Broderick Group's third-quarter report still counts roughly 14.7 million square feet of proposed office development across the Eastside, none of it pre-leased, and shows no new office deliveries scheduled through 2028, a supply freeze the firm's forecast leans on to push Downtown Bellevue vacancy toward 15 percent.
