More space in Woodinville’s master planned community Harvest is selling. In one recent transaction, Harvest Retail Partners LLC, a development company based in Sun Valley, Idaho, purchased a vacant 3.7-acre site for $15 million. The property was sold by Wood Mountain, LLC, a joint venture that acquired the property in 2018.
The property is the third lot on the 19.5-acre Woodinville development site. Referred to as Harvest, the development would create a mixed-use community anchored by a 165-room hotel and spa and offering various wine tasting venues. The community would also feature a mix of retail, residential and commercial space.
The larger Harvest planned community was acquired in 2018 by the joint venture, which consists of Windward Real Estate Services; Halvorson Family, Kirkland, WA and VP Companies, Inc. of Sun Valley Idaho. In 2020, Wood Mountain secured a development agreement and entitlements from the City of Woodinville, according to a previous announcement on the project.
Earlier this year, an additional site within the Harvest community sold for $19 million to a private real estate developer, according to a news release from Kidder Mathews. The site totals 2.7 acres and is located on Northeast 145th Street near the Sammamish River.
The development site is also located near a number of vineyards, including Woodinville Custom Wines, The Woodhouse Wine Estates, Matthews Winery, Martedi Winery and more.
