Seattle Mayor Katie Wilson has named 18 business, labor and civic leaders, from Kidder Mathews Chairman Bill Frame to Port of Seattle President Ryan Calkins, to a new Resilient Seattle Economy Task Force charged with reviving downtown and loosening the city's dependence on a handful of tech employers.
