Broderick Group's appendix projects Eastside office vacancy will end 2026 at 19.0 percent on 1.18 million square feet of net absorption for the year, a target that would require roughly 1.2 million square feet of absorption in the fourth quarter alone after the market finished the first three quarters slightly in the red.
