Vector Development Co. hires Max Cordell as Assistant Development Manager

KIRKLAND, Wash. (February 2020) – Vector Development Company, a Pacific Northwest commercial real estate development, investment and asset management firm, has hired Max Cordell as assistant development manager. Cordell will oversee the site selection, planning, financial modeling, permitting and construction oversight of Vector’s commercial development projects throughout the region.

Cordell was a credit analyst at Banner Bank in Bellevue, where he analyzed credit requests, risks and performance, and evaluated market trends. Prior to Banner Bank, he was an accounting analyst at Bellevue-based Radiant Logistics.

“Max’s financial and analytical background will help us manage existing projects as well as assess potential commercial real estate opportunities,” said Tyler Litzenberger, president of Vector Development Company. “We are very excited to have Max join our growing firm.”

Cordell earned his B.A. in Finance from Washington State University’s Carson College of Business, Pullman, Wash.

Vector focuses on development projects and build-to-suit opportunities throughout western Washington. Vector, along with Marysville Investment Partners, LLC, is currently developing the $32 million MI-5 Business Park in Marysville, which is expected to be completed this spring.

Vector also has recently developed Tacoma I-5 Distribution Center, a $10 million industrial facility in Tacoma; and a new 200,000-square-foot headquarters facility in Bonney Lake for a local exercise manufacturing and distribution company, among other projects.

Vector continues to work with the brokerage and real estate community on industrial, office and hotel development opportunities.
