The trustee overseeing Tom Moyer's real estate empire is stripping property management of Fox Tower, Park Avenue West and other downtown Portland landmarks from Vanessa Sturgeon's TMT Development and handing it to Meritus Property Group, forcing the three-decade-old firm to shut down as a bitter family battle over the trust drags on.
