Onni Group Opens Leasing for 800,000 SQFT of Office Space at Three-Tower Onni Bellevue Development

Onni Group has opened office leasing at Onni Bellevue, its three-tower, roughly 600-foot mixed-use project rising on the former Barnes & Noble block in downtown Bellevue, wagering that up to 800,000 square feet of Class A space delivering in late 2030 will arrive just as the Eastside runs short of large, new blocks of office space.
