Tarragon has promoted Ben Waiss to Senior Development Manager and Steph Christianson to Marketing Coordinator.
Ben started at Tarragon in 2014 and, over the last seven years, has contributed significantly to the development of Tarragon’s industrial portfolio working on Salmon Creek Corporate Park and SeaPORT Logistics Center in Sumner, WA. He is currently managing all day-to-day activities at SeaPORT Logistic Center, a state-of-the-art industrial park for the area’s thriving industrial market.

In his new role, Ben will help mentor and grow people from within, elevating the Tarragon team to continue their growth and expansion in the industrial market across the Puget Sound region,” said Dennis Rattie, President of Tarragon.
Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts from Caroll College, where he studied Civil Engineering. He formerly worked as a Civil Engineer at Huitt-Zollars before transitioning to development. Originally from Seattle, Ben serves as one of the Co-Chairs for NAIOPWA’s South Sound Committee.
Steph joined the Tarragon team in 2019 as Marketing Assistant. Over the past two years, she has helped elevate Tarragon’s projects by developing and generating creative content for the firm’s print and digital channels. In addition, she was a key team member on the company’s most recent re-brand.
“Steph has been a pivotal member of Tarragon’s marketing team and has contributed significantly to Tarragon’s projects and brand. In this new role, she will help continue Tarragon’s marketing and public relations efforts across all our asset classes – industrial, retail, land development, and multi-family,” said Katelin Carter, Marketing Manager at Tarragon.
Steph earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND. She is a member of Seattle’s chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services.
