Seattle, WA (November 2022) – Tarragon is thrilled to announce the opening of two garden-style apartment projects in Kitsap County, Camber Apartments in Bremerton and Haven Apartments in Port Orchard. Both projects offer the community rental housing alternatives that were previously unavailable in Kitsap County.

Both dog-friendly projects feature various indoor and outdoor amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, covered spa, covered outdoor BBQ and large fire pits, billiards play equipment, gated dog park, and clubhouse. The clubhouses feature a media room, living area with fireplace, and caterer’s kitchen.
Camber is a multi-phased garden-style apartment community in Bremerton. The first phase comprises of 204 apartment homes with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedrooms. They are conveniently located within walking distance of neighborhood retail, schools, parks, and
community transit, including the 30-minute fast ferry to Seattle. Situated off McWilliams Road, Camber offers outdoor living with apartment homes, a clubhouse, a fieldhouse, and a variety of outdoor amenities, including a massive fire pit.
The second phase is under construction at Camber, to better align home deliveries with the completion of phase one. In total, there will be 324 units.
Located in the Ruby Creek Neighborhood in Port Orchard, Haven is a 216-unit garden-style apartment community comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. The park-like setting links green spaces with walking trails, fields, play areas, benches, and covered picnic areas. Haven’s central lawn features 8,000 square feet for all residents to enjoy.
Residents began move-ins in October, and there has been an overwhelmingly positive response from all who have toured the property. Both Camber Apartments and Haven Apartments have move-in ready units available for lease ranging from one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
