Snohomish County held its place as one of Puget Sound's steadiest multifamily markets in the second quarter of 2026, logging 10 sales worth $162 million as buyers accepted thinner yields, while a development pipeline concentrated in Everett, Marysville and Stanwood points to modest new supply ahead.
