Seattle, WA (October 2021) – Tarragon is pleased to announce the signing of a 167,000 SF lease with Smart Warehousing at its SeaPORT Logistics Center. Smart Warehousing originally came to SeaPORT in 2016, leasing 161,000 SF in Building A. They will continue to lease space in Building A and will expand into Building 2 to accommodate their current and future growth needs.
Building 2 is a 268,000 SF Class A industrial warehouse space, single loaded building. The building has 36’ clear height, ESFR sprinkler system, 20 FC LED lighting, skylights, 290’ building depth, 60’ Speed Bay, 60’x56’ column spacing, 38 dock doors, (4) 12’ x 16’ at-grade, and 3,000 amps of power.
The brokers involved in this deal were Billy Moultrie and Zane Siras of Lee & Associates representing the Tenant; and John Gilliland, and John Sullivan of the Seattle office of CBRE representing the Landlord.
SeaPORT Logistics Center continues to see increased demand over the past year and is now 100% leased in all completed buildings. Upon completion, the industrial park will likely consist of eight buildings at full build-out. The project team includes Tarragon, Developer; Sierra Construction, Contractor; Nelson, Architect and AHBL, Civil Engineer.
