SAMM Apartments More Than 50 Percent Leased in Just Two Months; Modern Units in Sammamish Town Center in High Demand

92-Unit Mixed-Use Project Filling Quickly as First New Multi-Family Building in Sammamish in More than 15 Years

New Bright Horizons Location in Mixed-Use Building to Hold Grand Opening Nov 4th

An official ribbon cutting ceremony will also take place with Sammamish Mayor Bob Keller and Sammamish Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Deb Sogge at 10:30 a.m.
