New Four-Story Multi-Family Community Within Two-Building Waterfront Place Apartments Project Includes 135 One- & Two-Bedroom Homes and 198 Parking Stalls
Everett, Wash. – SeaLevel Properties (“SeaLevel”), a Seattle-based, family-owned builder, and Canada/Washington-based builder/construction company Gracorp, recently kicked off pre-leasing at the two-building Waterfront Place Apartments development.
Located at 1300 West Marine View Drive in the Port of Everett’s new 65-acre Waterfront Place Central Development, the industrial- and timber-inspired, four-story multi-family building features 135 residential units—including 118 one-bedroom and 17-two-bedroom homes—along with 198 parking stalls.
Slated to open and begin welcoming residents this spring, the north building is currently 35 percent pre-leased and active leasing is now underway, with an interest list of more than 1,800 individuals. Potential future residents can visit the temporary leasing office in neighboring Hotel Indigo for more information while the permanent leasing office is being completed.
Construction of the site’s south building is also moving forward quickly. When complete next year, the building will feature 131 residential homes.
“Bringing residents to a revitalized Everett waterfront has been a long-time coming for the Port and City of Everett—and we’re excited to see our first residential building opening and new residents moving in,” said John Shaw, SeaLevel Properties Director of Multifamily Acquisitions. “This will no doubt build momentum for the Port’s broader waterfront vision and will build energy for the Port’s next office and residential phase.”
First Residential Building Opening Brings New Energy to the Everett Waterfront
Situated in the Fisherman’s Harbor district of the Waterfront development, apartment homes at Waterfront Place include numerous high-end features and finishes like stainless steel kitchen appliances, quartz countertops, large under-mount sinks with retractable faucets, in-home washers/dryers, and LED pendant lighting, just to name a few. Select homes also feature eat-in kitchen breakfast bars, private balconies and walk-in closets.
Community amenities at Waterfront Place Apartments also abound, including an indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace with stunning water and mountain views, a two-level lobby with fireplace and a speakeasy-style bar and game room for residents. The building also includes a fitness center, yoga room and secure bike storage space with repair center. Residents will enjoy a true ‘resort-style’ living experience with access to full-time, on-site staff to assist with special requests, amenity reservations, neighborhood activity recommendations and more.
“Given Everett’s and the region’s growth, 2,300 marina boat slips next to our project, and until now lack of housing along the waterfront, the interest in the project is unsurprisingly very strong,” said Giuseppe Augello, Managing Director at Gracorp. “The hard work and collective commitment by Graham Construction and all of the subtrades made this grand opening possible, despite the many challenges of the last year.”
With a focus on green features and benefits, the eco-friendly building includes efficient hot water systems, 100 percent LED lighting and native planting. The development also maximizes the Port’s infrastructure features and pedestrian patterns, with lobbies designed to activate streets and create a lively, attractive public realm.
Located just minutes from downtown Everett, I-5 and Paine Field Passenger Terminal, the Waterfront Place Apartments serve as a destination and jumping off point for exploration across the Puget Sound and beyond. Stunning views of the Olympic Mountains, the Port of Everett’s Fisherman’s Harbor and Port Gardener Bay are accessible via the community’s rooftop deck, and residents can easily explore via boat, the Mukilteo Ferry or nearby Paine Field Airport.
Other area activities include packing picnics and watching the marina’s boat traffic; picking up gear at Tim’s Bike Shop; finding style plus savings at nearby Premium Outlets; getting lessons, repairs or instruments at Tommy’s Guitar Shop; enjoying pints at nearby Scuttlebutt Brewing; taking in views at Anthony’s HomePort; enjoying fine dining at Bistro 72 in Hotel Indigo; or joining friends for a night out at Lombardi’s Italian.

“The upcoming opening of the Waterfront Place Apartments marks a historic milestone for our waterfront and community, kicking off a new era at the Port of Everett waterfront,” Port of Everett CEO Lisa Lefeber said. “This highly anticipated project brings housing to the waterfront for the first time in Everett’s history and compliments the Port’s overall vision of a balanced, vibrant and livable waterfront. We want to thank SeaLevel Properties and Gracorp for believing in this vision and investing their time and resources to bring this historic project to reality.”
