Flexible-office giant Regus has leased 24,230 square feet in downtown Tacoma's 134-year-old Cornerstone Building, the only Tacoma deal on Savills' list of the region's top third-quarter office leases and a bet that hybrid workers and small firms in Pierce County want polished, short-term space close to home.
