Jupiter Power Halts King County Permit for 130 MW Snoqualmie Battery Project as City Claims Jurisdiction

Jupiter Power has paused its King County permit application for the 130-megawatt Cascadia Ridge battery project after the City of Snoqualmie asserted legal authority over the transmission line needed to connect the facility to the grid, and now says it will chase state approval instead.
