Their team works with clients to optimize real estate portfolios, and streamline facilities, develop workplace strategies and deliver change management. Julia will work with Susan and Eberhard to oversee the vision, strategy and business plan for the practice.
Julia Cooper, (PROSCI) joined HOK in 2015 and is based in the San Francisco studio. She is a workplace strategist with more than 15 years of strategic planning experience and 20 years of design experience. Julia has developed workplace typologies and design solutions for healthcare, government, corporate, science and technology, and aviation clients across the U.S. and internationally. She regularly collaborates with teams across HOK’s markets and recently coauthored an article with HOK’s Healthcare Consulting group on change management for organizations in a post-COVID world.
