The opening of Grainger's Northwest Distribution Center caps a partnership among the Port of Portland, developers Specht and Colas, and one of the nation's largest industrial suppliers to convert a long-vacant east Multnomah County parcel into a build-to-suit logistics hub and a source of living-wage jobs.
