Clackamas County Advances Data Center Moratorium, Pausing New Applications for Up to 120 Days

Clackamas County commissioners have set in motion a temporary ban on new data centers, overriding a staff recommendation to wait for the Legislature and aligning the Portland-area county with a growing bloc of Oregon jurisdictions moving to slow the power-hungry industry.
