Best Practice Architecture has completed Roma Roma, a 2,517-square-foot Roman-style pizzeria inside Capitol Hill's 12th Avenue Arts building, where a $250,000 interior overhaul of a former ginger beer bar delivered 68 seats, blue quartzite bars and a 4,000-piece linoleum mosaic floor.
