Sausalito, CA – Today CleanFund Commercial PACE Capital, Inc., a leading provider of financing for efficiency projects on commercial properties, announced that Woolsey McKernon has been brought on as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. McKernon will be primarily responsible for driving CleanFund’s sales growth, marketing execution, and product excellence.

Mr. McKernon’s professional career began at computer-aided-design industry leader, Autodesk. Following that, he worked in commercial construction for California’s largest contractor, Webcor, helping set up an Interior Commercial division. An investment by Webcor in a pioneer software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) company, McLaren Software, had Mr. McKernon working with Bechtel Group globally and, ultimately, responsible for North American Sales. Mr. McKernon then started a real estate services division for Webcor, which he spun out, developing numerous residential, retail and mixed-use properties in California as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. McKernon moved to Singapore to join WIRE where he worked on numerous capital acquisition strategies, including an AIM-listing in London. While at WIRE, he structured the development entity, led the initial development of Raffles Park, a project in Bangalore, India, and was involved in a 13-property turnaround at Rendezvous Hospitality Group. Most recently, Mr. McKernon oversaw the growth of SCIenergy’s Managed Energy Services Agreement (MESA) business unit, led the $20m Series 2 raise and ran Corporate Development.
