144-Unit, 100,000+ SF Project Slated to Break Ground Late 2018
Seattle, WA – March 28, 2017 — White/Peterman Properties, Inc. today announced a new multi-family residential project in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood.
Located at 6300 9th Avenue, the 105,000-sq. ft. project is slated to break ground in late 2018, and will feature seven stories with a total of 144 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The project is also within a half-mile of the future Roosevelt Light Rail station.
Featuring a landscaped entry courtyard interacting with 9th Avenue and rooftop deck offering expansive Seattle views, the project is pursuing U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification and will include high-quality interior finishes, as well as 100 underground parking spaces.
Slated for completion in mid-2020, the project developer is White/Peterman Properties, Inc. and B+H Architects is the architect and interior designer.
