We are excited to announce the promotion of eight staff members to new leadership positions in the firm. Nicole Winn and Cody Lodi have been promoted to Principal. Emily Doe and Skye Bredberg have been promoted to Senior Associate. Lissa Goetz, David Burpee and Neha Goel have been promoted to Associate. Leslie Riibe has been promoted to Senior Graphic Designer.

Nicole Winn AIA, LEED AP, FitWel Ambassador
Principal Nicole Winn joined Weber Thompson in 1997 and quickly established herself as a valued member of the firm’s High Rise Design Studio. She has worked on many notable projects including Cristalla, Viktoria, and Nexus.

Principal Cody Lodi, has been with the firm since 2012. During his time at the firm, he has worked on a wide range of projects in various sectors including high rise, mid-rise and mixed-use. Currently, Cody is a core member of the firm’s Commercial Office Design Studio.

Emily Doe has been promoted to Senior Associate at Weber Thompson for her strong project management and construction administration skills, her enthusiasm for quality control, and her work advocating for equity in architecture both inside and outside the office.

Senior Associate Skye Bredberg joined the firm in 2014 and has worked on projects including high-rise residential tower Ascent and Trailside, a student-targeted residential community near University Village for which she is the project manager and project architect.

Lissa Goetz is one of the firm’s newest Associates. She is a member of the firm’s Interior Design Studio but her background in architecture allows her to bring an additional layer of knowledge and expertise to her projects. Her understated leadership style and unrelenting positive attitude make her a magnetic force.
