Bellevue, WA (March 14, 2018) – Kate Hasz has joined Wallace Properties as Executive Vice President of Portfolio Services, where she will lead the Property and Asset Management division of the company.
Kate has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1987 and has a background in leasing, property management, lease administration, facilities management, commercial appraisal and construction management. Kate has worked on both the landlord and tenant side of the industry which provides a unique perspective for collaborating and solving complex real estate issues. Kate most recently worked for CBRE, providing third party portfolio management services to MultiCare Health System in Tacoma.
