Seattle-based GT Capital, in partnership with The Benaroya Company, has acquired the 41-story 901 Fifth Avenue office tower from New York-based Vanbarton Group for roughly $48.3 million, a fraction of the $304.5 million Vanbarton paid in 2019 and one of the steepest markdowns yet in downtown Seattle's office reset.
