The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Vasili Arvanitidis, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office.

The property is located just north of Spokane, WA, resides on Waitts Lake and boasts: 83 RV sites, 8 cabins, 7 tent sites, 6 boat docks, and more. An additional 25 ACs of raw land was included in the sale, which the buyer plans to develop and expand operations.
