Mukilteo, WA (January 21, 2018) – University Mechanical Contractors (UMC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Lloyd Lagutang to Virtual Construction (VC) Operations Manager. Lagutang has more than 15 years of experience in MEP coordination, CAD design, and virtual construction. With nine years at UMC, he has navigated some of UMC’s largest, most complicated and most successful jobs through the virtual construction process.
“Lloyd’s innovative approach coupled with his outgoing personality will continue to serve him well as we aim to facilitate proactive conversations with our clients on how to improve the VC process,” said Ryan Hoggatt, Director of Manufacturing. “Lloyd has been working behind the scenes for several months to bolster our training program, recruitment and overall service offerings from the VC group.”
Lagutang’s recent projects include the Onni 1120 Denny Way and Overlake FutureCare projects. Currently, he is transitioning his role to managing all VC projects.
