Ackley Beverage Group adds acclaimed Estate Wine Producer Montinore Estate and Luxury Wine Brand Landlines Estates to Robust Winery Line-up in Woodinville’s Expertly-Curated ‘Wine Walk Row’
Woodinville, Wash. – MainStreet Property Group LLC, a full-service Kirkland-based real estate developer, along with partner HAL Real Estate, today announced that family investment company Ackley Beverage Group will open two new winery locations in The Schoolhouse District’s ‘Wine Walk Row’.
Acclaimed estate wine producer Montinore Estate and luxury wine brand Landlines Estates will occupy two spaces totaling 2,122 sq. ft. in Wine Walk Row, which provides a curated collection of wine tasting rooms. Both brands hail from Ackley’s prestigious Oregon wine portfolio.

Their respective spaces in Wine Walk Row will be designed to bring the community together to share knowledge about Oregon wines and biodynamic agriculture in a fun and approachable destination that welcomes both casual sippers and the most discerning connoisseurs.
The Schoolhouse District: Destination Experience The Schoolhouse District project in the heart of downtown Woodinville in reached its initial phase of completion in fall 2021.
Adjacent to the downtown soccer fields and City Hall, The Schoolhouse District provides a first-of-its-kind mixed-use destination.
