Timberlane Partners has expanded its Eastside footprint with the $37 million purchase of Issaquah's 91-unit Vista Ridge apartments from Vancouver-based Belkorp Holdings, backing the deal with a $27 million loan from Morgan Stanley's Mesa West Capital as it deploys its second closed-end fund into a submarket it had long targeted.
