Seattle, Wash. (July 30, 2017) – Award-winning property management firm Thrive Communities (www.thrivecommunities.com) (Thrive) today announced that experienced business development professional Andi Pratt has been named its Director of Business Development.
In her new role, Pratt will be responsible for leading business development efforts at Thrive, including defining the company’s competitive advantage further, supporting strategic business planning/initiatives and advancing the company’s culture.
“We’ve grown steadily over the past several years and now is the right time for us to bring on someone with Andi’s deep background in marketing, business and economic development,” said Thrive President Rose O’Dell. “With her real estate expertise and results-driven focus on strategy and planning, she’s the right person for us at the business development helm.”
“Thrive sets itself apart within the local property management field and I believe they are in a strong growth position – I’m thrilled to be part of this team and to help them achieve their long-term growth goals,” said Pratt. “I look forward to contributing to the value Thrive shows its clients in my new role.”
As an 11-year industry veteran, Pratt most recently served as Marketing Manager at MG2, one of the largest architecture and design firms in Seattle, where she was responsible for developing, executing and implementing business development and marketing strategies.
She has also worked in the development industry in both Seattle and Washington D.C., and previously worked for the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) where she oversaw their retail-based economic development program.
