Lease Crutcher Lewis and Martin Selig Real Estate have begun construction for a 36-story residential and office building at Third & Lenora in Seattle’s Belltown District. The building will include 365 residential units operated by WeLive plus 176,500 square feet of offices and 5,477 square feet of retail both operated by WeWork. Below grade will be parking for 221 cars.
Site demolition began August 10. Shoring began September 12 with Malcolm Drilling, using soldier piles and lagging with tiebacks. Mass excavation will be performed by City Transfer Incorporated (CTI). Rhine led the building demolition. The tower will open in the spring of 2020.
