Ten Trails Previews Four Model Homes for Grand Opening

Open House Tours & Festivities Planned for September 29th

BELLEVUE, Wash. (September 20, 2018) – Ten Trails, the 2,200-acre mixed-use development in Southeast King County, will preview four model homes to tour on Saturday, September 29th, marking the official grand opening of the region’s largest master-planned community. The models being showcased have been built by Conner Homes and Lennar. In addition, homebuilders Ichijo Technological Homes and Rudd Development will be on site to share what’s coming to the community in early 2019. All four homebuilders are offering residences at prices that are competitive in the current market but feature many technological advances not seen in older homes or earlier construction. To date, Ten Trails homebuilders have pulled more than 60 home building permits, with many already completed and dozens more currently under construction.

Just over 30 miles from the center of Seattle, Ten Trails is designed for families and residents who embrace the outdoors and modern comforts. The community offers outdoor activities, parks and trails, technologically advanced and amenity-filled homes each with true 1 GB internet speed. As the Ten Trails population grows, the community will offer designated areas for up to seven schools, a retail village featuring shops, eateries and services that people will frequent daily, and eventually free Wi-Fi throughout the community – all this and access to major metropolitan areas while living in a close-knit community.

As a community built responsibly from the ground up, Ten Trails draws from a long history of environmental sustainability with involvement from the original landholder, Plum Creek Timber, along with Forterra, formerly the Cascade Land Conservancy, and the U.S. Forest Legacy Program.

Lennar plans to introduce eight additional model homes in January as part of its second collection, The Village Collection, with early reservation of those models available now.

Local, family-owned Conner Homes opened the first Ten Trails model home this Spring with robust sales quickly following. The Conner Homes range in size from 2,026 to 2,657 square feet. The two-story homes feature floor plans that offer three to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three baths and two-car garages that incorporate sustainable products. Starting prices are in the high $400,000s. The Conner model home is open seven days a week from 2-6 pm on Mondays and from 10 am-6 pm Tuesday through Sunday.

Ichijo home designs feature three and four bedrooms with 2.5 and 2.75 baths and will range in size from 2,300 to 2,400 square feet.

Rudd Development will provide 45 modern townhomes at Ten Trails. The two+den, three and four-bedroom homes feature five distinctive floor plans with garages, energy-efficient systems and will be built using sustainable materials and building practices for low-maintenance living. Seattle-based Rudd has extensive experience in developing multi-family and single family homes throughout the Greater Puget Sound Area and wil be on site during the Grand Opening to share their latest designs.
