TCC Seattle Promotes Three Principals to Managing Director

Trammell Crow Company (TCC), one of the nation’s leading developers and investors in commercial real estate, announces it has promoted Mike Nelson, Craig Dobbs and Mark Netherland to Managing Directors within its Seattle operations. The team previously served as Principals. In addition, Principal Tom Woodworth will retire, effective March 31, 2019, at which time Mike Nelson will also assume the role as Business Unit leader for TCC’s Seattle office.

“Over the past six years, our Seattle office has grown to become one of our highest producing offices, creating first-class projects, all under the leadership of Mike, Craig, Mark and Tom, and the team of experts they have hired to run our operations,” said John Stirek, President of TCC’s Western Operations. “Beyond the financial success, Mark, Craig and Mike are an ideal cultural fit at TCC, serving as mentors to our future developers and sharing their expertise across our network. I am pleased to congratulate the team on their well-deserved promotions. I wish Tom the very best in his retirement and thank him for his many years of friendship and commitment to TCC.”

Nelson, Dobbs and Netherland joined TCC in 2012 and Woodworth in 2013, to re-establish the Company’s Seattle office. Since that time, the team has created strong relationships with the firm’s capital partners and developed more than $615 million of office, medical office and industrial projects, including: Midtown21, First Hill Medical Pavilion, 929 Office Tower, Park 167, Fife I-5 Commerce Park and Des Moines Creek North, all providing exceptional returns for TCC’s valued clients.

In their new roles, Mike, Craig and Mark will continue to focus on investment opportunities as well as office, industrial and multifamily development, through High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary; throughout the Puget Sound Region.
