Tarragon Announces Two Promotions

Tarragon, based in Seattle, announced the promotions of Chad Purdue to Land Development Manager and Grahm Satterwhite to Director of Development. Purdue is leading the Uplands community project, while Satterwhite oversees multi-family developments. Both contribute significantly to Tarragon's growth and project advancement, enhancing its residential portfolio in the Northwest.
