SEATTLE (March 2025) – Tarragon, a Seattle-based real estate development company, is pleased to welcome Shawn O’Leary as its new Director of Construction. With nearly 13 years at Holland Partners, where he held a similar role, and prior experience at Absher Construction in Puyallup, O’Leary brings a wealth of expertise in residential construction that aligns seamlessly with Tarragon’s Owner-Builder approach.

“Shawn’s extensive background in complex residential projects and deep understanding of construction management make him a strong addition to our team,” said Dennis Rattie, President of Tarragon. “His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to grow and execute our development pipeline.”

O’Leary earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University and later completed a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. In his new role, he will immediately assume leadership responsibilities within Tarragon’s Construction Group, overseeing daily operations and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic goals.
