The Merit Building is a 28,050 square foot building located at 615 South 9th Street. Sea Mar Community Health will occupy the top two floors, approximately 18,000 square feet, of the 3-story building. The first floor is currently leased to two separate tenants.
The transaction closed on April 29, 2022, at $6,225,000, or approximately $222/SF.
