Su Development Sells 273-Unit Soma Towers in Bellevue for Combined $192.8MM

A pair of residential towers in Bellevue, known as Soma Towers, were sold for $192.8 million. Developed by Su Development, the towers consist of 148 and 125 units, respectively. The buyer is linked to the Sobrato Organization, which also has plans for a new residential high-rise in downtown Bellevue.
