StoryBuilt Announces 16-Townhome Community in Seattle’s Ravenna Neighborhood

Seattle, Ravenna, StoryBuilt

SEATTLE— StoryBuilt, a leading urban residential and commercial community developer, announced today a new community called Winston at in the heart of Ravenna within close proximity to Roosevelt, Green Lake, University Village and Roosevelt Station at 6556 Ravenna Ave NE. Winston consists of 16 contemporary, two- and three-bedroom townhomes with an expected completion this October.

Winston’s open floor plans and generous windows allow for lots of natural light with designer touches throughout. Inside, you’ll find contemporary, sophisticated, livable space. Each floor plan offers flexibility, efficiency, and not a single wasted square foot. Outside, you’re in the middle of the best Ravenna has to offer.

Each townhome is three stories plus an additional underground garage level. The underground parking system is exclusive, doubly secured, and private from the minute owners enter the garage until they reach their front door. The property is already over 50 percent pre-sold. Prices start at $1,198,880 for a two-bedroom and $1,368,880 for a three-bedroom.

According to Ben Rutkowski, StoryBuilt’s Seattle Division President, “We are thrilled with the modern architectural design of Winston, and believe the Seattle market is going to love the location, open floor plans and energy-efficient features that StoryBuilt has come to be known for. Winston’s location is exceptional, and we are still seeing a big demand in the Seattle market for homes near the urban core.”

StoryBuilt names its projects after local rescue animals, and this project is no exception. Winston is a fun-loving kitty, who had a rough road before being adopted by his forever family. He is pleased that StoryBuilt will be making a donation in this community’s name to PAWS Cat City.
