SkB Architects sold their Belltown office building for $14.3 million or $882 per square foot to Hot Rain LLC, associated with Seattle investors Hao Chen and Hongbin Zhang after owning the property since 2012.
SkB originally purchased the property at 2333 Third Ave. for $3.65 million or $225 per square foot in February 2012. Included in the sale is the 16,208 square foot property which also includes a smaller 3,254 square foot retail space just south of 2333 Third Ave.
