Sienna Technologies Purchases Industrial Building in Mukilteo for $8.2 MM

Seattle, Wash. (January 13, 2023) – Sienna Technologies purchased an industrial building in the Harbour Pointe neighborhood of Mukilteo, Washington for $8,200,000. Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Zach Vall-Spinosa and Associate Ryan Foster represented Sienna in the transaction. The seller was UMC, Inc., a mechanical contractor with a large commercial footprint in the Pacific Northwest.

Based in Woodinville, Sienna Technologies manufactures aluminum nitride ceramics — including some used for electric propulsion in space exploration applications. When looking at properties, the company prioritized a location in close proximity to other businesses in the aerospace industry. Sienna purchased the property just minutes from Paine Field Airport at 11611 49th Place W — with 36,000 square feet of rare stand-alone industrial flex space on two acres.

“After 18 months of exploring numerous opportunities on and off-market, we are proud to have helped Sienna Technologies not only find an ideal facility for their unique operations, but also navigate through the evolving financing world to acquire a competitive loan,” said Foster.
