Self-Storage Portfolio in Elma & McCleary Sells for $11.5MM

ELMA, WA, December 29, 2021 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Best Storage Portfolio, a 3-facility self-storage portfolio located in Elma and McCleary, WA, according to Joel Deis, regional manager of the firm’s Seattle office. The portfolio sold for $11,500,000.

Secreto, Senior Managing Director Investments in the firm’s Seattle office and an Executive Director of the firm’s Self-Storage Division, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.  The buyer, a tenants-in-common partnership, was secured and represented by Christopher R. Secreto,  

Best Storage Portfolio has 3 locations at 10 Menzo-Haverly Rd in Elma, WA, 1200 Monte Elma Rd, Elma, WA, and 967 W Simpson Ave, McCleary, WA.  The portfolio is comprised of a total of 667 units and 110,880 rentable square feet.  The portfolio was built primarily in the 1990s and 2000s and was approximately 97% occupied at closing.
