Seattle and Portland now carry the highest costs in the Americas for big-box warehouse construction, with a 901,000-square-foot shell running about $100 million in Seattle and pricing in both markets rising faster than the hemispheric average, according to Cushman & Wakefield's 2026 Industrial Construction Cost Guide.
