Indianapolis-based Scannell Properties has started site work on a 185,000-square-foot speculative single-story warehouse at 6220 S. 287th St. in Auburn, the former Emerald Logistics site it bought for $11.8 million in September, with vertical construction set for spring 2027 and delivery in 2028.
