The asset sold for $2,750,000.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Brian Leibsohn and Raymond Vara, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office
Ogata Professional Building is located at 26603 NE Inglewood Hill Rd in Sammamish, WA. The building is occupied by an orthodontist on the top floor and will undergo a remodel to accommodate for a veterinary practice on the first floor. This is the first time the building has been sold since it was built in 1999.
