HILLSBORO, Ore., Nov. 9, 2023 — Reed’s Crossing by Newland, Oregon’s largest mixed-use master-planned community, announces that Holt Homes, a trusted name in new construction homes for over three decades in Oregon and Southwest Washington, is the newest and sixth builder to join the community. Starting November 11, Holt Homes invites the public to visit its Reed’s Crossing model home and sales office, located at 4016 SE Link Lane, Hillsboro.

Holt Homes will build 24 homes in the current and second phase of development at Reed’s Crossing, including nine speculative properties currently under construction. During this initial phase, the homebuilder will offer three distinct home plans, with plans for additional designs in the near future. Holt Homes will also build on an additional 16 lots early in the next phase of development, anticipated to begin in spring 2024, with additional lots possible as development progresses.

“With an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, an experienced and dedicated team, and a focus on community livability, Holt Homes is a welcome addition to Reed’s Crossing,” said Eric Peterson, vice president of operations for Brookfield Properties. “Holt Homes further broadens the home buying options in our community and expands our dedication to helping home shoppers of all interests, backgrounds and budgets find a home that fits their lifestyle.”

Reed’s Crossing boasts a network of over 80 acres of parks, paths and green spaces designed to provide the community with environmental balance, including a lush, 23-acre Greenway that runs through its center. The development includes a 21-acre portion of the Bonneville Power Administration trail corridor – a green space amenity still under construction.
