Realty Income's institutional net-lease fund paid $18.4 million for the purpose-built Tesla collision facility, more than doubling what Drake Real Estate Services spent to acquire and develop the former Baxter Auto Parts site in 2021, as Pierce County's broader industrial vacancy climbs to its highest level in the region.
