Propet Footwear renewed its 162,000-square-foot lease at 2415 West Valley Hwy N in Auburn during the third quarter, keeping one of the region's larger warehouse users in place in a district where occupancy slipped by 110,000 square feet even as more than 600,000 square feet of preleased space rises nearby.
