Los Angeles-based Preylock Real Estate Holdings is working through the final details of its acquisition of Vulcan Real Estate's 364,868-square-foot West Main office tower in Downtown Bellevue, fully leased to Amazon, with closing expected in the fourth quarter, according to Broderick Group.
