PCS Structural Solutions promoted four people in its Tacoma and Seattle offices. Jonathan Thorpe, in the firm’s Tacoma office, was promoted to project manager, and Spencer Sharma, Mona Karimzadeh and Connor Moore, who work in the firm’s Seattle office, were each promoted to project engineer.
Jonathan Thorpe has a skill for listening to his clients and integrating structural concepts with the client’s vision. He enjoys structural engineering and is always excited to find the best solution for a difficult problem. He is working on Hunt Middle School for Tacoma Public Schools and Star Lake Elementary/Totem Middle School for Federal Way Public Schools.
Spencer Sharma has an uncanny ability to see situations from the point of view of his partners, making him an effective team member. He is working on Issaquah School District’s Issaquah High and Issaquah Elementary Schools, Swedish First Hill Campus, and a private high-end residential home.
Mona Karimzadeh is a versatile and dynamic engineer with a genuine interest in learning more about people, taking time to ask the important questions. She is working on the Bellevue Memory Care Residence and has recently completed two multi-family residential projects in Seattle.
Connor Moore is a champion of the construction phase of his projects, is highly responsive, and thrives with the demands of a fast-paced schedule. He is working on Issaquah School District’s Issaquah High and Issaquah Elementary Schools, Swedish first Hill Campus, and renovations at Daniel Elementary and Meridian Elementary Schools for the Kent School District.
