Seattle, Wash. (May 1, 2019) – Patricia Loveall, SIOR, executive vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews in Seattle, Washington, was recently elected vice president for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). She will assume the role of vice president in October 2019 at the SIOR Fall World Conference in Portland, Oregon. The following year, Loveall will serve as president-elect, and in the fall of 2022, she will become global president of SIOR.
Loveall has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 35 years. She specializes in corporate real estate and distribution and logistics. She is on the Kidder Mathews Board of Directors and a consistent top producer in the firm. She has been involved in the sale and leasing of more than 20 million square feet of office and industrial space, and land sales over 1,000 acres. Clients she has represented include Weyerhaeuser, PACCAR, Home Depot, TIAA-CREF, and Clarion.
SIOR has thousands of certified members who are recognized as the most capable and experienced professionals in the industry. Loveall has been an SIOR member since 1997 and has served in multiple leadership positions including president of the Washington Chapter of SIOR, regional director for its Northwest Region of the United States, SIOR Board of Directors as a member-at-large, and trustee and president of the SIOR Foundation.
Loveall is involved and serves in many other organizations including Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and she is on the board of directors for the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC).
